We are using a framework to monitor and evaluate the efficacy of the pilot for both young people and landlords.

We want to ensure that Care Leavers (18+ years) are succeeding in the private rental sector, but we are equally committed to ensuring that landlords receive market-rate returns, and that their properties are loved and respected.
